Distribution Maven actively supports the communities around where we live and do our work. We support philanthropic commitments with various donations, community outreach, and supporting employees’ volunteer programs.
We have continually increased community involvement across diverse areas of giving. Today, Distribution Maven focuses much of its charitable giving on supporting children and youth facing unique challenges, enabling them to lead healthy and gratifying lives. Additional areas of giving include donations to wildlife and land conservation and children's hospitals.
In recent years, Distribution Maven's involvement in the community has provided support to organizations by donation values totaling over $320,000.

With the increased popularity of mobile devices, thousands of illegal miners have invaded the protected parks in central Africa. Needing food, they have hunted gorillas and elephants to near extinction in these areas.
Distribution Maven and San Diego Zoo Global provide a cellphone-recycling program. In the southern California area, you can submit your donation at both the San Diego Zoo and the San Diego Zoo Safari Park inside the zoo property. We encourage our business partners to drop their unused devices in shipments coming to our shop. We are happy to handle seeing it through to being recycled. Our recycling program helps to keep these out of landfills and to reduce some of the coltan demand at the same time.
